Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Overview

Computech is an IT services company specializing in Strategy Consulting, Technology Services, and Outsourcing using the latest Microsoft and partner technologies. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead customer relationship management for Computech.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development:

  • Participate in internal onboarding to become familiar with Computech vision, culture, and operational systems.
  • Complete Microsoft Dynamics CRM training to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Engage in partner training (Microsoft, Fortinet, Dell, HPE) to understand partner products and services.
  • Study and learn the full product and service ecosystem and use battlecards to understand market competition.

 

Internal Processes & Improvement:

  • Understand and evaluate Computech services, systems, and identify gaps in sales and marketing efforts.
  • Work cross-functionally to connect with the customer base and formalize customer engagement plans.
  • Lead marketing initiatives, including branding, communications, and events, in collaboration with the management team.
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide actionable insights to improve customer experiences.

 

Customer Engagement & Analysis:

  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback on the products and services.
  • Conduct market analysis and profile existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform competitive market analysis to understand customer needs and market positioning.
  • Formalize go to market strategies to enhance customer success and implement best practices for engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer success, sales, or account management, ideally in a technology-related industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Familiarity with technology partners such as Microsoft, Fortinet, Dell, and HPE is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers at all levels (Branding, Events, Communications, Web, Social media)
  • Ability to analyze customer/market data and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
