Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead and elevate our customer success function. This is a strategic role that requires a high level of business acumen, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Customer Leadership:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, ensuring long-term engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies aligned with business growth and client goals.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to anticipate customer needs and create proactive engagement frameworks.

 

Business Integration & Enablement:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical Services to enhance customer journeys and value realization.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in customer engagement, proposing initiatives to improve lifecycle management.
  • Lead initiatives that translate customer feedback into actionable business intelligence and product/service enhancements.

 

Partner & Ecosystem Enablement:

  • Deepen expertise in our partner ecosystems (Microsoft, Fortinet, Dell, HPE) and integrate their value into customer success strategies.
  • Champion internal training and onboarding initiatives to enhance partner alignment and solution delivery.

Executive Qualifications

  • Proven track record in a senior Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Client Relations role within the technology sector.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and customer success metrics.
  • Deep familiarity with partner-driven ecosystems and solution-based selling.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and C-suite clients.
  • Analytical, adaptable, and results-oriented—able to scale success in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
